Self-Propelled Phobia Removal

It is quite possible to change one's own feelings about a subject by using some very simple yet powerful techniques.  You have chosen to use such a technique now yourself. It is not necessary for you to understand the Whys and Hows of the technique for it to make the changes which you wish to make in yourself. Please follow the directions below to allow your change.

1.  Stand about 10-12 feet from the corner of a room and look out of the top of your eyes at the corner where the walls and the ceiling come together.

2.  Take a deep breath and hold it to the mental count of four and then exhale.

3.  Imagine that there is a small black&white TV set (3” screen) with a small VCR attached is now located at the ceiling corner.

4.  Imagine that you are holding a video cassette of the object/event which causes your phobic reaction.  Now imagine that you are placing the video cassette into the VCR.

5.  Still looking out of the TOP of your eyes, see that the video is playing on the small TV.  No matter how long the actual video is, it always shows completely in 1.5 seconds.  It plays FORWARD.. It plays BACKWARD..  It plays FORWARD..  It plays BACKWARD.

6.  You can easily see the object/event as it plays on the TV screen even now as the TV screen is turned upside down and the scene plays FORWARD.. then plays BACKWARD.. then plays FORWARD..

7.  You now remove the video cassette from the VCR and forcefully throw it to Infinity.  With the video image now gone from your life,  you are FREE from the influence of the former object/event.
